I present a multi-wavelength chemical abundance analysis of 13C- and 18O- bearing isotopologues in cool dwarf stars. I also discuss how the 12C/13C and 16O/18O ratios support efforts to track the production and distribution of planetary building-blocks, to study the chemical composition of giant exoplanet and brown dwarf atmospheres, and better understand how these planets form and evolve into the diverse population observed today.
