The search for long-period exoplanets is crucial for bridging the demographic gap between the numerous confirmed short-period planets and the architecture of our own Solar System, thereby enhancing our understanding of planetary system formation and evolution. Using data from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS), we employ the Single Transit Search (STS) pipeline to identify single-transit events indicative of long-period exoplanets. We present the pipeline's methodology and its application in vetting candidates, including a detailed case study of HD 115587. Furthermore, we introduce a new processing framework that reprocesses historical single-transit candidates from our collaboration to identify additional transits across the TESS dataset. Initial results from this ongoing work have identified 83 unique candidates from TESS Year 5 Southern Hemisphere data, categorized into 60 mono-transit, 8 duo-transit, and 1 multi-transit systems. By calculating probable orbital periods and eliminating aliases, this work systematically expands the catalog of long-period planet candidates and provides crucial targets for future follow-up observations.
